By accessing, browsing, or using this website and any related services, including the purchase of advertising or lead-generation packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.
FranchisePilot.ca is an online marketing and lead-generation platform designed to connect prospective franchise buyers with franchisors. FranchisePilot.ca provides advertising exposure and lead delivery services only and does not act as a broker, agent, consultant, or representative for any franchisor or prospective franchise buyer.
By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
All franchisors who purchase lead packages acknowledge and agree that lead packages are sold based on a specified number of leads only. FranchisePilot.ca makes no guarantees regarding lead quality, accuracy, seriousness, financial capability, or intent of any lead. Leads are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Regardless of the package selected, all lead packages are billed on a recurring basis. Once the number of purchased leads has been delivered or exhausted, billing will automatically renew and continue unless canceled in writing in accordance with FranchisePilot.ca’s cancellation policy. It is the sole responsibility of the franchisor to monitor lead usage and billing cycles. Failure to use or respond to leads does not pause, delay, or cancel recurring charges.
FranchisePilot.ca makes no representations or warranties regarding conversion rates, franchise sales, revenue, profitability, or return on investment. Use of any lead is entirely at the franchisor’s own risk.
FranchisePilot.ca assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any communications, interactions, transactions, disputes, claims, damages, losses, or legal issues arising between franchisors and prospective franchise buyers obtained through the website. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, reputational harm, or legal costs.
Franchisors acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable franchise, disclosure, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and employment laws in their respective jurisdictions.
FranchisePilot.ca does not provide legal, financial, franchise, or investment advice. Any information provided on the website is for general marketing purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Franchisors are encouraged to seek independent legal and financial counsel.
Franchisors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FranchisePilot.ca, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the use of leads, communications with prospective franchise buyers, misrepresentation of franchise offerings, or violations of applicable laws.
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. FranchisePilot.ca does not provide refunds for unused leads, dissatisfaction with lead quality, lack of conversions, or failure to close franchise sales. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding charges or charges already incurred, and services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All content on FranchisePilot.ca, including text, graphics, logos, software, and proprietary lead-generation systems, is the exclusive property of FranchisePilot.ca and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FranchisePilot.ca, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.
FranchisePilot.ca reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
FranchisePilot.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without refund, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FranchisePilot.ca regarding use of the website and services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
